and to give a jolt of modernity in Florence and its territory "

Art: singular, feminine. Three words represent in a nutshell, the idea behind the competition "Artemisia Gentileschi " that took officially start today from the Palazzo Medici Riccardi, on the occasion of International Day of woman. Art Competition is open to women between the ages of 18 and 40 years old, living in Florence and its province. Palazzo Medici Riccardi a competition organized to enhance the sensitivity women in the arts and to mark another step in the fight against gender discrimination. As a reward, eleven days of the exhibition at Palazzo Medici Riccardi in days between 8 and March 18, 2012.
