Three words represent in a nutshell, the idea behind the competition Artemisia Gentileschi, which will officially start tomorrow from the Palazzo Medici Riccardi, on the occasion of International Women's Day. The art competition is open to women between the ages of 18 and 40 years old, living in Florence and its province. Palazzo Medici Riccardi a competition organized to enhance the feminine sensibility in the arts and to mark another step in the fight against gender discrimination. As a reward, eleven days of the exhibition at Palazzo Medici Riccardi in days between 8 and 18 March 2012.

E 'can sign up and enter the competition individually or in groups. Largo techniques and creativity: you can compete In fact, with paintings, sculpture, photography, video, installations and any other form of artistic expression arts. for painting , you can achieve them in complete freedom of style and technique (oil, tempera, acrylic, ink, vinyl, watercolor, graphite, pencil, collage, etc.). Applications for participation in the competition must arrive at the Palazzo Medici in the period between March 8 and November 30, 2011. The deadline for delivery of the works is strictly set for 13.00 on December 31, 2011.
